Operation: Harvey Relief Shelter

On August 26th, Hurricane Harvey made landfall in southeast Texas. Comprehensive Health Services (CHSi) is assisting in the efforts to provide ongoing shelter services in the Lone Star state. Shelters house and care for those persons who have been displaced by Hurricane Harvey and subsequent flooding events.

Houston, and much of southeast Texas, are still operating in emergency mode. Volunteers are used for many emergency operations. Generally speaking, emergency operations are usually in effect for 10-20 days post catastrophe. As the situation begins to transition to the next phase, Comprehensive Health Services will be cleared to move in with their employee teams. Because we are still early in the emergency mode, we are still awaiting many pertinent details necessary to screen and qualify applicants. We expect this information to filter in over the coming days.

Comprehensive Health Services will be hiring for a number of roles. We will be providing 24/7 support operating on two shifts (Day Shift is 6:00am – 6:30pm; Night Shift is 6:00pm-6:30am). Our current employment opportunities include:
