VIENNA, VA. - Nov. 9, 2004
- Ted Vickey, co-author of “The Complete Idiot’s
Guide to Working Out With a Partner” (Alpha Books,
Sept. 2004), has spent 13 years motivating people to
better health and fitness in his job as executive director
of workplace athletic centers operated by Comprehensive
Health Services (CHS), a national occupational health
services company based in Vienna, Va.
Vickey is vice president
of CHS and president of FitWell, a wholly owned subsidiary
of CHS, which offers onsite fitness centers to clients,
including many prominent government and business organizations,
across the United States. In addition to fitness centers,

health, including worksite health, medical exams, disability

In his first book, co-authored
with Aimee Labrecque Vickey shares the secrets of creating
a strongly motivating partner fitness program to build

gym routine.
