EXPANDS OFFERINGS INTO BACKGROUND RISK MANAGEMENT

VIENNA, VA. – April 6, 2005 - Comprehensive Health Services (CHS), an occupational health and wellness services company, today announced that it has formed a marketing and joint referral partnership with Kroll Background America, Inc., the Nashville, Tenn. subsidiary of risk consulting firm Kroll Inc., that expands each company’s respective service offerings.

CHS selected Kroll Background America as its strategic outsource partner to provide CHS customers with background screening, substance abuse testing and related risk mitigation services, in connection with its comprehensive workforce wellness and health programs. In turn, Kroll Background America will offer its clients CHS’ occupational health services.
