CHS CEO Named to HRO Today’s Superstar List
Magazine Recognizes Mel Hall as
One of the Best and Brightest in the Industry

VIENNA, VA. – January 10, 2007 – Comprehensive Health Services (CHS), a nationwide workforce health management company, today announced that CEO and Chairman Mel Hall has been named to HRO Today magazine’s Top HRO Superstars list for 2007. Hall was singled out for extending the HRO value proposition to include workforce health.

The magazine lauded the service providers list for landing and overseeing the lion’s share of enterprise HRO deals in 2006, and predicts that they will continue to do so in 2007. It recognized Hall as being a leader who helped buyers everywhere discover the benefits of outsourcing.

Chosen by HRO Today staff and in consultation with industry leaders, the Superstars list includes the top buyers, service providers, advisors, opinion leaders, and others who made a major impact on HRO in 2006. Criteria included outstanding contributions to the HRO industry, leadership in implementing outsourcing programs, a proven track record in bringing innovation to the marketplace, widely recognized consultative skills, and other distinguishing accomplishment meriting recognition.

Having served as CHS chairman since 1984 and CEO since 1992, Hall has been an industry thought-leader, recognizing the need for large organizations to have a more direct role in managing health risks and rising health costs of their workforces. In the past 25 years, he has been a partner in the financial services industry sector of Ernst & Young and president of the McLean Group, an international management-consulting firm. He is a member of the advisory board for Georgia Tech’s Industrial and Systems Engineering School.
