Mel Hall
Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Hall has been the Chairman of Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. (CHS) since 1984, and CEO since 1992. During the past thirty years, he has been the CEO of McLean Group, Inc., a financial services management consulting firm, and a partner at Ernst & Young in their financial services industry sector. Mr. Hall received a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech in 1967 and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from the University of Alaska in 1970. He is a U.S. Army veteran.
His responsibilities at CHS include corporate strategy and financial oversight. Over the past five years, Mr. Hall has been part of CHS’ team developing an analytical and management approach for changing the corporate on-site healthcare delivery model and health cost dynamics. He was a major concept contributor for the ‘Workforce Health Assessment Model’ developed by Ga. Tech, as well as instrumental in the establishment of the ‘Mel Hall Predictive Modeling Lab’ at Ga. Tech’s Health Systems Institute.
Ned
Cooper
Chief Financial Officer
Ned Cooper is chief financial officer
of Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. He has been a
member of CHS’s board of directors since 1985
and joined CHS as chief financial officer in 2003.
With more than 30 years of experience
in the information services industry, Cooper has a proven
track record of successfully deploying managed services
for large-scale enterprises. Prior to joining CHS, Cooper
held numerous executive positions at Lockheed Martin,
including chief information officer, vice president
of operations and program manager. Before that, he held
sales and marketing positions at IBM and was a Captain
in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, serving in Vietnam.
Cooper has been a frequent speaker at
industry and government conferences on technology issues
and also a guest professor at the University of Central
Florida, Stetson University, and the University of Colorado
MBA programs.
Cooper holds an M.S. in decision sciences
and a M.B.A in finance from Georgia State University,
as well as a B.S. in industrial engineering from the
Georgia Institute of Technology.

William
S. Wanago
Chief Medical Officer
As corporate medical director, Dr. William
Wanago has established a national reputation in occupational
health, working with a rich diversity of business, industry
and government agencies. With Comprehensive Health Services,
Inc. (CHS), his principal activities involve overseeing
development of policy and practice standards at the
corporate level, quality control, outcomes and performance
benchmarking, consulting and client support services.
Board-certified in Occupational and Internal
Medicine, Dr. Wanago has worked with several Fortune
500 companies implementing programs across single-site,
regional and national venues. His expertise in Preventive
and Occupational Medicine was acknowledged in 1997,
when he received the American College of Occupational
and Environmental Medicine’s (ACOEM) President’s
Award.
Dr. Wanago is the chair of the examiner’s
committee for ACOEM’s “Corporate Health
Achievement Award,” which is bestowed annually
on companies that demonstrate excellence in occupational
health performance. He is also vice-chair of the Occupational
and Environmental Health Foundation, which provides
grants for research and education in the field of occupational
medicine. A graduate of the University of Arizona College
of Medicine, Dr. Wanago is the past president of the
New York Occupational Medicine Association and former
chair of a key task force for the New York chapter of
the American Heart Association.

James
Mitchell
Executive Vice President,
Commercial Sector
Jim Mitchell joined Comprehensive Health
Services, Inc. (CHS) in 1991 as executive vice president.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the occupational
health field, he is responsible for the sales and provision
of outsourced health management programs to Fortune
500 companies. Since he joined the company, he has successfully
integrated occupational health programming with strategic
business planning, resulting in CHS becoming a recognized
leader in the corporate health management field. He
is a principal of the company and a member of the board
of directors.
Prior to joining CHS, Mitchell served
as vice president of marketing and sales for the Executive
Health Group and Warner Amex Cable Communications. He
is a member of the board of directors for the Commission
of Allied Health Education Programs and is a past trustee
of the board for the American Association of Occupational
Health Nurses. He received a bachelor of science degree
in marketing from Marquette University.

Gary
G. Palmer
Executive Vice President,
Government Sector
Gary Palmer joined Comprehensive Health
Services, Inc. (CHS) in 1997 as a director for the government
sector. He oversees all business performance for federal
and Department of Defense (DOD) customers.
Before joining CHS, Palmer handled international
business development in Australia and Saudi Arabia for
Lockheed Martin and Martin Marietta International. He
also has worked as a consultant, providing new business
development support to major federal and DOD contractors.
Palmer holds two board positions in his
home state of Florida: the United Way in Bevard County
and the county’s Economic Development Commission.
Palmer received a B.S. degree in business
administration from the University of Maryland.

Stuart
Clark
Executive Vice President
Stuart Clark has been in the on-site healthcare
industry since 1991 when he joined American Occupational
Health Management, Inc. in its start-up phase. Clark
served in various operations and sales management roles
while at AOHM until it was sold to Meridian Occupational
Healthcare Associates of Nashville, Tennessee in 1996.
Stuart joined Meridian’s senior management team
and served in operations and development roles over
the next 9 years. He left CHD Meridian in 2005 as the
Executive Vice President overseeing the company’s
four on-site operating divisions which included occupational
health, primary care, and pharmacy operations for some
of the nation’s largest employers. Clark is a
graduate of the University of Michigan.
